You can not change your registration details after you have completed your KYC. This is only possible if you contact [email protected].
If you have not uploaded your KYC document yet, you can change your settings using the following steps.

Log in, then under your username (from a web browser) or Account (from the app) select, in the drop-down menu, “settings” then select Password, in the first box insert your current password, in the following one your new password then confirm and save. Make sure that the new password is over 8 digit length and use upper and lower case and numbers.

KYC questions

Your KYC is not approved because the provided documents are not good/sufficient for approval.

• the full face must be clearly visible,
• no hat or sunglasses.

Payment questions

On the Gift code page, select the gift code you want to purchase, pack or upgrade, the amount of them and select “Get gif code”.
Next, select the payment method and choose to pay from Account balance or Bitcoin. Press “Buy now” button.

Estimating processing time for a BTC payout can take up to 3 weeks depending on demand. Even so, it is usually faster than that. When you place a request via bank wire it takes a lot longer due to bank policies, especially outside the SEPA area.

After you have sent your funds to our Bank account and they are received, the Bank credits them to your account balance. To complete your purchase you still have to log in to your account, select your Education Package and choose account balance as the payment method.

The restricted countries list may change without notice if governmental authorities in the US or the EU decide or if a third party supplier restricts operations in any jurisdiction or if operational or risk assessments are made by company management to do so. If an Associate is closed because of changed restrictions, the Crowd1 Rewards earned and accumulated may be exchanged for real currency and sent to the Associate’s own bank account.

Once received your confirmation we will revoke the KYC approval for the memberships that are already approved, update the profile information with the new personal details and send the password to the new owner registered email address.

In order to do this procedure, you have to pay a fee of 75€ and we need your proof of ID document, that you can send to [email protected] Note that this is for security reasons.

You can register new members by including your username at the time of the member´s registration at the sponsor box, for this you need to provide the member the sponsor link indicated in your landing page.
You can also click on the “Invite People” button, found in your back-office. From there you can provide your invitation link by clicking on the CREATE INVITE LINK introducing the name of the person with an attached message. When you have created invite links, you can easily follow their status by looking at My Invite Links.

Account

No, once registration is done, a member’s placement cannot be changed.

When you register a new member, you have to choose placement of him/her in your network. Once the member’s position is set you will not be able to change it in the future.

You can, however, set the default placement of any new sponsored member you register

You find the settings for this in your Account settings.

If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Password?” link on your sign in page and enter your registered email address. A reset password link will be sent to your registered email address.

If you followed the steps correctly and did not receive a reset password in your registered email address, please contact [email protected].

Make sure you send the email from the email address you registered with and include the following in the email:

  • Username:
  • Date of Birth: DD/MM/YYYY
  • First name:
  • Last name:
  • ID document attache
If you cannot find your confirmation code in your inbox, please check your spam box as sometimes it arrives there. If you can still not find it, Cancel your withdrawal and place a new one. A new confirmation code will be sent.

We have added several security measures in order to keep your account safe. The confirmation process is designed to ensure that you have the account in your possession. The confirmation code consists of a series of numbers and letters. It should be 6 letters and digits combined.

The confirmation code verifies that the withdrawal is actually valid. As soon as you have created a withdrawal, an email will be sent to your registered email address automatically within a couple of minutes.

Go to withdrawal BTC and insert the amount in the BTC wallet address and enter your bitcoin address. Click on Request withdrawal. An email will be sent to you within a couple of minutes, including a confirmation code.

Your confirmation email will look like this:

When you receive the email with the confirmation code, copy the six character code and use it in the text box that says “ENTER 6 CHARACTER CODE” in the Transactions section.

We strongly suggest not sharing your login credentials with anyone. This will give them access to your commissions.

How to protect your account:

  • Never share your password with anyone
  • If you suspect that someone know your password change it immediately
  • Do not use the same password anywhere else as the one you use on crowd1.com
  • Make sure your registered email address is kept safe
  • Use a long password, at least 10 characters. Make it memorable rather than complicated (avoid using common words).

The message you can see in your profile is set by the system as a result of receiving an error message when sending a message to your registered email.

Please make sure that our email address is set as a safe sender in your email client.

The methods for doing so might be different for each mail provider. One common way to do it is to add our email address to your address book.

Make sure that your registered email address is 100% accurate with no spelling mistakes or capital letters.

If you still get an error message, contact support. Once it’s been corrected the message will go away on his own.

You can cancel ongoing withdrawals from your Account menu.

Select Withdraw to Bank or Withdraw to Bitcoin, depending on which one of your current withdrawal requests you would like to cancel.

Select “History” and use the Cancel button for the withdrawal request you wish to cancel.

Withdraw to bitcoin

Select “Transaction” and use the Cancel button for the withdrawal request  you wish to cancel.

Log in, then under your username (from a web browser) or Menu (top right) then Account (from the app) select Gift codes.

On the Gift code page, select the gift code you want to purchase, pack or upgrade, the amount of them and select “Get gif code”.

Next, select the payment method and choose to pay from Account balance or Bitcoin. Press “Buy now” button.

If you have enough funds in your account balance and you choose that payment method, you receive the gift code instantly.

If you choose bitcoin, you will receive the gift code once the bitcoin payment has been credited in our account.

If you used Bitcoin, it is because the funds have not reached us yet. If you have sent a bank wire, the funds will be added to your account balance when we receive them,This could take up to 5 working days. Once added to your account balance you can use them to complete your purchase.

It depends on what type of payment method you use.

Bitcoin – Partial payment, not accepted

If you choose bitcoin as a payment method, only full/complete amounts are accepted by the system. In case you send an amount and it is not the full one, the system will reject the payment and send it back to the sender wallet.

Note that it could take several weeks for the funds to be back on the members wallet, depending on the BTC company he/she is using.

Bank wire – Partial payment, accepted

If you use Bank wire transfer, the funds are added to your account balance, therefore you could send several transfers until you get the full amount needed to complete your purchase.

The maximum payout per week is limited to 75,000€.

There has to be activity in both, right and left legs. If less than 20% of the earned points activity occurs in any leg (left or right) over the last 7 days, the maximum payout per week is limited to 20,000€ (10,000€ for non-Titanium members).

When you purchase a Crowd1 Education Package, you have a 14 days cooling off period which means that you can regret your purchase and get a refund.
This cooling off period will be terminated and cancelled immediately if you do not choose to use any of the features in your Crowd1 website. You will not receive a refund or have a cooling off period if you have used Crowd1 partner products included in the Education Package or use any of the Crowd1 Rewards in your account.
Companies can be registered as members. In the registration process under “First name,” insert first name and last name of the UBO (ultimate beneficial owner). Under “Last name,” insert company name.

The following documents have to be sent, as any other documents, via the back office:

  • UBO or UBO’s KYC documents. This is a selfie and the ID document from the UBO.
  • The company registration document, where the UBO is included, stamped by the registration entity.
  • A proof of address document in the name of the company.

If you wish to upgrade, go to Upgrade that can be found under Gift Codes.

If you wish to upgrade, visit your back-office and click on Account. Under Giftcodes, you will be able to find a button called Upgrades.

The Associate can, at any time, terminate the membership by giving a 7-day notice to Crowd1.

You can do this by sending a support ticket in your back office.

Crowd1 can, at any point, decide to terminate your Membership without giving any reason for the termination. The termination will be effected immediately.

Please note that if it comes to our attention that you have signed up for more than one membership and used other email addresses for your registrations, or in any way tried to circumvent the regulation of one Membership only, Crowd1 will immediately terminate all but one membership.

Crowd1 may also delete any membership to comply with applicable laws, protect its property or the property of others, to ensure safety of Crowd1 and others or if Crowd1 reasonably determines that a registrant has or is likely to engage in any activity that violates the Terms & Condition.

It is against Crowd1’s policy to have more than one membership.
The Associate can at any time terminate the Membership by giving 7-days notice to Crowd1 by sending a support ticket on www.crowd1.com. Crowd1 can at any point decide to terminate your membership without giving any reason for the termination. The termination will be effected immediately. Please note that if it comes to our attention that you have signed up for more than one membership and used other email addresses for your registrations or in any other way tried to circumvent the regulation of one membership only, Crowd1 will immediately terminate all but one membership. Crowd1 may also delete any Membership to comply with applicable laws, protect its property or the property of others, ensure the safety of Crowd1 and others or if Crowd1 reasonably determines that a registrant has or is likely to engage in any activity that violates these Terms & Conditions.

Bonuses

The Matching bonus is a reward to motivate you to help the Associates, that you personally have sold an Education Package to, to also be rewarded with various Bonuses.

For the Matching Bonus, the payment is distributed 70% in the account balance and 30% in Crowd1 Rewards

  • When you have at least a White package and sell an Education Package to 4 Associates you have 10% Matching Bonus of the number of BP they get from the Education Packages Sales Bonus.
  • When you have at least a Black package and sell an Education Package to 8 Associates you have 10% Matching Bonus of the number of BP they get from the Education Packages Sales Bonus + 10% of the Education Packages Sales Bonus they personally referred receive. (2 levels)
  • When you have at least a Black package and sold an Education Package to 12 Associates you have 10% Matching Bonus of the number of BP they get from the Education Packages Sales Bonus + 10% of the Education Packages Sales Bonus their personally referred receive + 10% of the Education Packages Sales Bonus their personally referred receive. (3 levels)
  • When you have at least a Gold package and sold an Education Package to 16 Associates you have 10% Matching Bonus of the number of BP they get from the Education Packages Sales Bonus +10% of the Education Packages Sales Bonus their personally referred receive +10% of the Education Packages Sales Bonus their personally referred receive +10% of the Education Packages Sales Bonus their personally referred receive. (4 levels)
  • When you have at least a Titanium package and sold an Education Package to 20 Associates you have 10% Matching Bonus of the number of BP they get from the Education Packages Sales Bonus +10% of the Education Packages Sales Bonus their personally referred receive +10% of the B Education Packages Sales Bonus their personally referred receive +10% of the Education Packages Sales Bonus their personally referred receive +10% of the Education Packages Sales Bonus their personally referred receive +10% of the Education Packages Sales Bonus their personally referred receive. (5 levels)

The Matching Bonus will not be deducted from the Associates you direct or indirect have sold an Education Package to and is an extra reward from Crowd1.

When you refer to an Associate and this purchases an Education Package, you can position your sponsored/referred Associate in your left or right team.

For Education Package Sales Bonus, the payment is distributed 70% in the account balance and 30% in Crowd1 Rewards

Package will give you a certain amount of Binary Points (“BP”) that you can see in your Back-Office. The number of BP you will be rewarded with depends on the type of package that is sold in your total team. The following BP will be credited to you:

  • 1 sold White Package for 99 EUR = 90 BP
  • 1 sold Black Package for 299 EUR = 270 BP
  • 1 sold Gold Package for 799 EUR = 720 BP
  • 1 sold Titanium Package for 2,499 EUR = 2250 BP

You will receive the BP to your Points accounts (“Points Right and Points Left”) where your BP will be automatically changed to a euro value where the exchange rate from Points to a monetary value will be the exchange rate that is applicable when the change is made.

The number of BP you are rewarded with are based on the number of direct or indirect sponsored Associates that purchase an Education Package and that is not claimed back according to Crowd1’s refund policy or is on temporary hold until the “cooling off” period has ended or been terminated. In case that any chargeback, refund or otherwise any money for bought BP is sent back to a specific Associate you accept that Crowd1 deduct any reward that has been credited to either your BP Accounts or Value Account.

Only points in a balance between your right and the left team will be subject to generating a BP balance that can be exchanged towards a monetary value in your Value Account, that later on can be used to upgrade, purchase Gift Certificates and/or withdraw with a supported withdrawal provider. The requirement is that a minimum 25% of the BP to be changed must come from one of the two legs in the Binary system.

BP can be accredited for being in balance only once, and no recurring revenue can be made for the same BP balance. 10 BP in balance equals a possibility but not a guarantee to receive €1 in bonus.

Please note that Crowd1 Rewards are not subject to BP or any other bonus.

Fear of Loss Bonus is a quick start motivational bonus that Crowd1 offers all new Affiliates during their first 14 days.

The rules in detail are:

  • The 14 day timer starts when you sign up.
  • You must have paid for your package.
  • The amount you get to keep is 31,500 BP if you have 4 fully paid Titanium packages, 10,050 BP if you have 4 fully paid Gold packages, 3,750 BP if you have 4 fully paid Black packages and 1,250 BP if you have 4 fully paid White packages.
  • If there is a combination of packages, for example 2 Black and 2 White, the lesser bonus will be paid, in this case 1,250 BP will be what you are qualified to keep.

For the Fear of Loss bonus, the payment is distributed 70% in the account balance and 30% in Crowd1 Rewards.

Disclaimer

For promotions like the Epic or future ones the Fear of Loss, is being paid out for the paid upgrade, not for the free promotion upgrade. For example: White to Black upgrade -> we will upgrade you to Gold for free, bonus paid out for White to Black upgrade.

The streamline Bonus is calculated based on the Education Package you own, your number of directly sponsored Associates, as well as the total number of associates in Crowd1 with an active Education Package of White and/or higher.

Streamline does provide you with additional Crowd1 Rewards.
The calculation for the Free Crowd1 Rewards amount is based upon the current quote of the Crowd1 Rewards as advertised on your Crowd1 Dashboard.

Streamline Bonus is distributed every Wednesday at 15:00 GMT. Below is what is required from your amount of direct sponsored Associates and the total number of Associates in Crowd1.

There are several different bonuses that you can be awarded when you join Crowd1 and fulfil the necessary requirements.

 

Below you can find information about the various bonuses. Note that special promotions can be applicable from time to time which means that the various bonuses might be changed temporarily. These special promotions have separate terms and conditions, please review these for each promotion.

An Affiliate needs personally to hold an Education Package to qualify for any reward/bonus. For all rewards/bonuses except Streamline Bonus the Affiliate also needs to have one Affiliate in each binary leg that holds an Education package.

The Residual Income is a bonus direct kickback on money spent in any of the many online affiliate products offered by our partners. The level of Residual Income depends on your Network Level (see 3.17.6).

The total amount of Residual Income is equally divided into the same number of profit pools as Network levels. Each Network level pool is then divided into equal parts (individual profit pools) depending on the actual number of individual profit pools on the level.

Associates are entitled to one part per Network level they reach. Each Associate keeps their parts and will get the Residual Income for all their parts. E.g an Associate that has reached Network level 15 will earn Residual Income from their parts in level 1 to 15.

New levels are reached by building a network and the sales of Education Packages. The Affiliate reached different levels depending of the total Binary points in balance. Binary Points in balance is equal to the accumulated number of Binary Points the Affiliate has received Education Package Sales Bonus for.

The Affiliate level is used in the calculation of the Residual income and will be the base for special promotions. (e.g trainings and recognitions)

Special rules for Senior President titles. Additional to the demand for certain amounts of points in balance the Affiliate need to have built both left and right leg.

  • Senior President *, at least one Manager in both left and right leg.
  • Senior President **, at least one Manager and one Director in both left and right leg.
  • Senior President ***, at least one Manager, one Director and one President in both left and right leg.

The Customer Sales Bonus is paid in the month after Crowd1 receives the commission from the third-party supplier.

The total collected commission of each User Pool will be calculated after each calendar quarter and divided amongst the Affiliates who have gained a part or parts during those three months.

Parts are only valid during the calendar quarter that they were generated. The payout follows the month after the quarter ends.

Business Points are earned through our different bonuses in the Compensation plan (Customer Sales Bonus, Active user Pool, Education Package Bonus, Matching Bonus, Fear of Loss and payouts from the Long-Term Recurring and Crowd1 Rewards pools).

When Education Packages Bonus, Matching bonus and Fear of Loss is paid out, 70% of the calculated amount is directly paid as Business Points to the Affiliates personal account (Crowd1 wallet) and 30% is paid out as Crowd1 Rewards based on the current exchange rate per Crowd1 Reward.

Business Points are valid for the month they are earned and for the next 5 (five) months thereafter.

Crowd1 offers you the possibility to receive a part from each User Pool you purchase or sell a product and/or service per calendar quarter. There are User Pools for each product or product category (e.g. travel)

The total collected commission of each User Pool will be calculated after each calendar quarter and divided amongst the Affiliates who have gained a part or parts during those three months.

Parts in each Pool are earned through in-person purchases and purchases from directly sponsored Affiliates. To participate in each Pool you must have personally purchased a part.

Products and services provided by a third-party supplier offer a direct sales bonus called Customer Sales Bonus.

This bonus is paid to the Affiliate that has referred the customer that has made the purchase and does not require any special qualification. The Customer Sales Bonus is a percentage based on the margin Crowd1 receives on the purchase which varies per third-party supplier. The Customer Sales Bonus is paid in the month after Crowd1 receives the commission from the third-party supplier.

When you refer an Associate and they purchase an Education Package, you can position your sponsored/referred Associate in your left or right team. Each sold Education Package will give you a certain amount of Binary Points (“BP”) that you can see in your back office. The number of BP you will be rewarded with depends on the type of package that is sold in your total team.

The following BP will be credited to you:

  • 1 sold White Package for 99 EUR = 90 BP
  • 1 sold Black Package for 299 EUR = 270 BP
  • 1 sold Gold Package for 799 EUR = 720 BP
  • 1 sold Titanium Package for 2,499 EUR = 2250 BP

  • The amount you get to keep is 31,500 BP if you have 4 fully paid Titanium packages, 10,050 BP if you have 4 fully paid Gold packages, 3,750 BP if you have 4 fully paid Black packages and 1,250 BP if you have 4 fully paid White packages.
  • If there is a combination of packages, for example 2 Black and 2 White, the lesser bonus will be paid, in this case 1,250 BP will be what you are qualified to keep.

For the Fear of Loss bonus, the payment is distributed 70% in the account balance and 30% in Crowd1 Rewards.

Potential Bonus is an example of what you could receive if your strong leg became your weaker one. This example is calculated in a 1/3 Binary tree balance.

KYC

Please upload a selfie and ID document in color. In the selfie

  • the full face must be clearly visible,
  • no hat or sunglasses.
  • the format should be jpeg, jpg or png.

When uploading an ID, pick one of the following:

  • Passport (the full inner page) or
  • Driver’s License (front & back) or
  • National ID card (front & back)

Make sure the text in the ID document is clear and readable. Note that for national ID and driver’s license, both front and back must be uploaded.

Please make sure that:

  • The ID document is clear enough to see ALL the details and text
  • The 4 corners of the document are visible
  • The ID document has not expired

You can track the progress of your KYC in your log.

Due to the protection of Crowd1, the Associates and the Affiliates and to be compliant with applicable regulations, Crowd1 can at any time, at their own decision, ask the Affiliate to provide documents to verify the Associate’s identity. These documents are a first-class photo ID, maybe a copy of the Affiliate’s passport and a selfie. This request is called (“KYC Request first level”).

If a KYC is not approved, the Affiliate will not be able to withdraw any money from their Crowd1 Account until the Affiliate has provided acceptable documents. This means that the Affiliate can neither change their Crowd1 balance to Gift Certificate nor change the Balance to real money. Any applicable costs related to the KYC application shall be paid directly by the Associates.

Crowd1 may also restrict other functions than withdrawals to comply with banks requirements or regulations from authorities.

In your back-office, open the menu and select event under the Event Tab (from web browser) or select Menu (top right) then Event and from sub menu event again (from the app) there you have access to the upcoming events with tickets on sale. Click on the event you are interested in, select the number of tickets you wish to purchase. Proceed to checkout and choose your preferred payment method.

When you are not able to login on to your app from your phone you might need to reinstall the app.
  1. Login to your Crowd1 back office from a computer or other device (not a smartphone).
  2. Reset your password from your Crowd1 back office.
  3. Uninstall the app and install it again. Then log in using the same credentials as the website.
